2016 marked the passing of Patricia Yachimski Geddry, a beloved member of our original Collective Dialogue group. The 3 remaining members came together several times. But the shifted balance of our way of being together led us to contemplate reinventing CD. It would not be the same without Trisha, who would have wanted us to continue the work. Not knowing if we could reinvent the group by adding to it, and given that it would require time and intention to bring us there, we chose to invite 2 trusted colleagues to join us in an experiment to reinvent CD. This reinvented Collective Dialogue group continues to evolve and enrich each of us.
